Longspan is manufactured in Australia. This was the first product we sold when starting Multirack over 10 years ago. It is a quality system that is available in a large range of sizes. The common shelf sizes are 1800×600,2400×600 and 1800×800, 2400×800 with 2100mm tall frames being the major height used. Beams are available in a step design with a recess to hold the Ply Shelving.
Wide Span
Widespan is a very popular rack that comes is 2135mm tall frames and Shelf Sizes of 2400×635, 1800×635, 1200×635 with 17mm Black Film Face Hardwood Ply with Marine Glue. You can buy in confidence because we have had this system tested in Australia and it meets AS4991-2004. All Carrying capacities are real life ratings with a high safety factor in its design. It is a quality rack that can carry a heavy load when needed.

Wire Mesh shelves are available to suit the WideSpan system. Shelves are zinc plated to food grade standard.

ALS Longspan comes in 2100,2400 & 3000mm tall frames and shelf lengths of 900, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100 & 2400mm Long and 460, 600, 900 & 1200mm Deep, all shelves come with 17mm Black Film Face Plywood as standard or you can get mesh decks if preferred.
ALS Longspan provides a storage solution ideal for a range of applications such as archive storage, storeroom or parts storage, general household shelving and it also come in a workbench either on castors or without.

17mm Black Ply Shelf
17mm Plywood is our most common shelf used on Widespan. This ply has a Black Film Face as used in Concrete Form Work. The black film face is very smooth & easy to clean . This ply is made from Eucalyptus hardwood timber with Marine glue.
